Well I was shock when this candidate of Binibining Pilipinas announced as the miss world Binibining Pilipinas.

No doubt Miss Janina San Miguel is Beautiful and sexy she even wins the Gown and bikini competition but in the question and answer portion of the pageant she can't even answer the question of the judge. As in no answer, if she can't answer the question in English why don't she just speak tagalog.

Well the competition I guess is not only beauty but brain is also needed.
